Most recently, Courtney served as an economic adviser and Director of Policy to multiple leaders of the Victorian Opposition, playing a key role in political strategy and navigating complex policy debates. He has also worked as a Senior Ministerial Adviser in the Victorian Government, supporting ministers across portfolios including Treasury, Road Safety and the TAC, WorkSafe, Technology, and Aviation.
