Most recently, she served as Communications Manager at the McKinnon Institute for Political Leadership, where she played a key role in launching the organisation and shaping its voice. The Institute focuses on equipping MPs with practical leadership skills to support more effective governance in Australia – work that aligned closely with Amy’s interest in thoughtful, values-driven communication.
Amy is known for her ability to navigate political landscapes with clarity and precision. She develops campaigns that speak to the right audience at the right time, across both digital and traditional platforms.
Her experience includes strategic communications and branding, advocacy campaigns, media management, and the delivery of high-impact events. She is particularly skilled in developing clear, purposeful messaging and building strong relationships across complex political and organisational environments.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from Monash University, majoring in Communications, and in 2023 completed a Certificate of Strategy Execution through Harvard Business School Online.
