Catherine Neville is a partner at Neville Mackieson Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Melbourne.

Catherine has held a variety of positions, including Executive Director at Jesuit Social Services overseeing policy, advocacy, fundraising, events, media and government relations. During this time, Catherine was instrumental in the establishment of several new and innovative programs including the Ignatius Learning Centre, a school for boys at risk of incarceration.

Prior to this, Catherine worked as a Ministerial Avisor and Chief of Staff in the Bracks, Brumby and Andrews governments. She worked for three Ministers for Children and was senior social policy advisor to former Treasurer, John Lenders.
