Most recently, Amy was Communications Manager for the McKinnon Institute for Political Leadership, playing a pivotal role to launch a new organisation specialising in providing bespoke leadership training to MPs to enhance the effectiveness of leadership in Australia.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from Monash University majoring in Communications, and in 2023 she completed a Certificate of Strategy Execution at Harvard Business School Online.
